Adolescent girls today face many psychological and social challenges at home, school, and in their communities. That’s why we implemented the “Mental Health Promotion Skills” course—to provide a safe and supportive space where girls can express themselves, build confidence, and learn how to manage their emotions.
The course brought together 14 girls in an interactive and friendly environment, designed to match their age and needs. Through different activities, they learned practical life skills, understood themselves better, and became more aware of how to deal with daily challenges.
We also focused on breaking the stigma around mental health and highlighting its importance as part of overall well-being—just like physical health.
