DESCRIPTION:Ribat Association implemented an awareness session for the Women’s Committee entitled ” When the mind doesn’t rest… How can we understand and free ourselves from the control of Obsessive – Compulsive Disorder (OCD) “.\nThis is presented by Miss Amina Al -Nayiz\, a Clinical Psychologist\, International Trainer in Mental Health and Psychological counseling . \nThe session included defining OCD\, emphasizing its main causes and symptoms with mentioning practical strategies for managing intrusive and repetitive thoughts. Moreover\, it also ensures that requesting for psychological support is a strength and a step towards recovery not weakness.

SUMMARY:Nourishing Communities: Ribat Development Association & Mercy-USA’s Community Kitchen Project
DESCRIPTION:Community Kitchen Project is implemented by Ribat Association in collaboration with and with funding and support from Mercy-USA. This project offers daily hot meals for 150 families from different neighborhoods and of various nationalities in Beddawi area within the framework of supporting families most in need. \nThis humanitarian work is implemented in collaboration with Mercy-USA team with its volunteers and Ribat team with its volunteers. They work with a spirit of cooperation and dedication to ensure that fresh and safe meals are delivered to beneficiaries every day.
